3 Month update (Sep-Nov)

It's well past time for an update on my WIPs!  Here's where they stand:

First, an FO & FFO:  This is Ginger Friends by Mill Hill:

I have the top half done on Mickey & the Gang.  Just the huge car remains.

In September, I started Brave by donastitch on Etsy.  Here's my progress:

In November, I started Pretty Little DC by Satsuma Street. My progress:

Later in November, I started Ghostly Mandala by Ink Circles, but I'm reversing it and stitching the negative spaces, not the ghost outlines.  I copied this idea from someone on Instagram.

That's it for now!  Hopefully I will get a couple more finishes before the end of the year, and I need to FFO some xmas gifts.  

July & August Update

I've worked on a lot of different things over the past 2 months and it'd be too complicated to go day by day so here's an update on all of my WIPs:

Camelot Sampler by Teresa Wentzler: worked on the twisted vine section & the left border

A Victorian Xmas Eve: page 3 is finished!  Now I'm a little more than halfway done:

Deep Sea Fishes: I worked a lot on the moorish idol fish (aka Gill from Finding Nemo)

June & 1st week of July update

I finished Hitchhiking Ghosts by tinyneedle on Etsy.  Here's Phineas, Ezra & Gus from the Haunted Mansion at Disney World.  I mailed them off to my uncle and he absolutely loves them.

I've stitched up June & July on Postcards from the World by Cloudsfactory, as well as finished the frames: 

I've completed a slew of more Star Wars characters that will be fully finished into ornaments for my brother's SW xmas tree.  The ones on perforated paper will be cut out and mounted individually.

For the Whine & WIPs SAL on Stitch Maynia, I pulled out this UFO.  Deep Sea Fish kit by Dimensions...here's the starting point.  

And here's how much I got done in 5 days...everything above the pink & yellow fish.

I also worked on Camelot Sampler and finished the castle medallion and work a bit more on the border.

I also was out of town for a week in June and I worked on 2 Glendon Place pieces: Red Velvet Cake & Cruisin'.  Here's their progress pics:

Here's the FFO of the dragon I stitched in May...put into a card for my cousin's daughter's birth.

And finally, I have started the Lakeside Fantasy SAL by Durene Jones.  I've been working on the circle frames of the border.  The first character comes out 1 Aug.
